We explored the local culture with our kids, visiting the nearby Gazeta Theatre and Casa Das Rosas Museum. The easy access to shopping and dining made family outings enjoyable, and we appreciated how spacious our suite was for the whole family to unwind together.
In my wife’s opinion, the elevators were too slow for the kids.

Breakfast offered a tasty variety, particularly the tropical fruits that delight the senses! The hotel's proximity to attractions made it easy to explore São Paulo's culinary scene. Nearby, Johnny Rockets serves up lip-smacking burgers and The View Bar dazzles with breathtaking views.
While the hotel's facade looks fresh, the rooms tell a different story—old furniture, half-battered decor, and stains galore. It's a head-scratcher when you're promised superior and get what feels like standard. Talk about an unexpected twist!

Great breakfast and quick wifi, but strange room odor and noisy street.

The Deluxe Suite with 2 Twin Beds was pretty basic. The room felt a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. WiFi worked well, which is a plus! The breakfast area was bright, but the room left me wanting a bit more comfort. Nothing special about the decor—felt more functional than cozy. Overall, it could use some updates in style and amenities.
